Customer Service

Technologies International’s primary goal is to continually improve customer service and, as such, our Customer Relations Department serves as the voice of the Customer.

Our Customer Relations representatives are chosen for their positive personalities, efficiency, empathy, intelligence and tenacity, and undergo continuous and rigorous customer service training.

Technologies International’s customer relations representatives develop a relationship with each customer so that each client is assured of a friendly, impartial contact person on whom they can rely.

Education

At Technologies International, we understand that people learn differently, and we have adopted a variety of mediums to convey our message.

Education begins with our staff. They have been through a comprehensive program that has been established in order to ensure they have the skills required in order to sell, implement, support and train our customers.

Our software partner SYSPRO also provides a virtual university which focuses on self-help. Within this virtual university both the T-I team and our end-users have access to a full range of educational sources including manuals and tutorials, classroom training, on-site training and e-learning. We also encourage users to participate in our on-line forums, user-groups and attendance at various events hosted worldwide.
