HOW TO REQUEST TECHNICAL SUPPORT

We recognize the importance of providing professional, quality and timely technical support services to all our customers, with an emphasis on exceeding your expectations.

In order to provide the best customer service please use one of the following methods outlined below. All methods will result in a support ticket email confirmation.

Being able to answer the following questions will help us in our efforts in resolving your problem.

  • What application and module were you running when the problem occurred?
  • What steps led to the failure? Tell us what you were trying to do before this problem appeared.
  • Were any messages or other diagnostic information produced? If yes, please refer to them when you talk to one of our technicians. It is often helpful to have a printout of the message when you talk to us.

We constantly monitor our e-mail support mailbox. Please describe your issue in detail and include all information about your current system. You will receive an email confirmation as well as a support issue number.  It is important that any further communication relating to your issue references the support issue number to avoid duplicate support tickets.

Technologies International has established a technical support portal. This is a great tool to not only open new support tickets but to also track the status of any open support issues. Please login to our Support Portal by clicking on the link. First-time users will be asked to create an account.

Call us at (909) 614-1416  and select option 2 to request technical support. When you call us, please be as detailed as possible in describing the problem to us. Doing so will both help us to resolve your problem in a timely manner and avoid “phone tag” which prolongs the support process.
Avoid leaving messages on individual support staff voice mail boxes. The best option is to use the general mailbox that all of our support team monitors and who can then help escalate your issue.
